Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries unsweetened
  • 2 oz white rum or dark rum for a richer flavor
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 –2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit, to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp sparkling water for a lighter version

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries, rum, lime juice, sweetener, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
