  • ย 1ย avocado
  • ย 4ย ozย blue cheese crumbles
  • ย optional: a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • ย optional: a small red onion, diced
  • ย optional: low-carb ranch or blue cheese dressing

Directions

Boiled Eggs

  • Boil the eggs by bringing a small pot of water to a boil over high heat
