Keto Chocolate Chip Doughnuts

Ingredients

- ย 1ย tbspย coconut oil, melted

- Chocolate Topping
- ย 3ย ozย sugar-free chocolate
- ย 1ย tbspย coconut oil
- ย 2ย tbspย unsweetened almond milk
- ย stevia to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375ยฐF โจand grease a doughnut pan.
- In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients until frothy.
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mix and continue blending until well combined.
- Evenly pour batter into doughnut tins, leaving at least ยฝ inch of space at the top allowing the batter to raise.
- Bake for 12- 15 minutes or until done.
Note: You can test to see if it is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done. - Allow the doughnuts to completely cool in baking tin.

- In the microwave, melt together the chocolate with coconut oil.
Note: Start melting in 30 second intervals to ensure the chocolate does not burn. - Once chocolate is completely melted, stir in almond milk until well combined.
- Drizzle chocolate topping on each doughnut and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
